Will it work on my car?
It works on 2014–2019 Infiniti Q50 and Q60 with the two InTouch screens. The lower screen needs APP GARAGE in its APPS menu.
2020 and newer cars can't install apps, so it won't work on them. That's the car, not the app.
QTR and Z are just gauge styles. They don't add support for other cars.
Installing

The car doesn't see my USB stick.
Use a stick that's 32 GB or smaller and formatted FAT32. Put the .epk file in the main folder. Use the USB port in the center console.

Do I need a code or an account?
No. There's no activation code and no sign-in. The license still applies, so please don't share the file.

The car says it can't install the file.
Write down the message and stop trying. Send me a photo of the screen.
Using the app

RPM stays at 0.
Go to SETTINGS, then CAR & DATA, then RUN SETUP AGAIN. At the RPM step, rev the engine and tap TRY NEXT SIGNAL until the number moves with the revs.

My boost gauge looks wrong.
Go to SETTINGS, then CAR & DATA, then RUN SETUP AGAIN. At the boost step, tap AUTO FIND and follow the steps on screen. One step is a full throttle pull, so only do it where it's safe and legal.

How do I change the gauge style?
Go to SETTINGS, then FEATURES, then GAUGE STYLE.

Are the horsepower and torque numbers real?
They're estimates worked out from the car's own data. They're not a dyno reading.

Are the screens on this site from a car?
No. The app drew them on a computer with sample readings.
Something's not working
Save a feedback report. Go to SETTINGS, then CAR & DATA, then SAVE FEEDBACK REPORT. It saves a file to a RedSport folder on your USB stick. Send me that file on Instagram and tell me what happened.
Already bought it?
If you bought Red Sport before, the terms that came with your order still apply. This website doesn't take payments, so it can't change your order. Ask me on Instagram if you have questions.
Stay safe
Set it up while you're parked, and don't tap or change it while driving. Car data can be late, missing or wrong, so keep an eye on your car's own warnings. Timed runs belong on a closed course.
