RED SPORT PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT: This agreement covers the original Red Sport modifications, user interface, artwork,
branding, documentation, calibration logic, and other original material authored by Ehab Hashem.
Third-party and upstream components remain governed by their own licenses as identified in
THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md. Nothing in this agreement removes rights granted directly by those authors.

1. LICENSE GRANT
After valid purchase, the seller grants the purchaser a limited, revocable,
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of Red Sport on one licensed
vehicle/head unit. The purchaser may retain a reasonable backup copy of the installer solely for
that same licensed vehicle/head unit.

2. RESTRICTIONS
Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, the purchaser may not:
(a) distribute, upload, publish, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the software;
(b) repackage, wrap, clone, modify, translate, or create a competing derivative from the protected
    Red Sport material;
(c) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, inspect, or attempt to recover protected source code,
    signing keys, calibration logic, or circumvention information; or
(d) remove or alter copyright, license, attribution, or anti-tamper information.

3. NO DEVICE ACTIVATION
This release does not require a device code, per-device license file, or online activation.
Use remains subject to the license grant and restrictions above.

4. PURCHASE RECORDS
Proof of purchase may be requested for seller support. This release does not load a buyer/order
identifier from an activation file.

5. OWNERSHIP
The software is licensed, not sold. Ehab Hashem retains all rights in the original Red Sport
material. INFINITI, Nissan, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
No affiliation or endorsement is claimed.

6. SAFETY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. VEHICLE
DATA MAY BE DELAYED, UNAVAILABLE, OR INACCURATE AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR FACTORY WARNINGS,
PROFESSIONAL DIAGNOSIS, OR A CHASSIS DYNO. DO NOT INTERACT WITH THE SOFTWARE WHILE DRIVING.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COPYRIGHT OWNER AND SELLER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR VEHICLE DAMAGE, LOST
DATA, LOST PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM MISUSE OF THE SOFTWARE.

8. TERMINATION
This license terminates automatically upon material breach. On termination, the purchaser must stop
using and delete all copies of the proprietary Red Sport material, without limiting any rights or
remedies available to the copyright owner.

9. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, excluding its
conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

Purchasing, installing, or using Red Sport constitutes acceptance of this agreement.
